Exploring Mindfulness at The Wishing Well, Bromsgrove
Starting on Monday 16 September 2019, an 8 week evening series of workshops – ‘Exploring Mindfulness’. Mindfulness is a way of coming to know yourself – and things – just as they are, moment by moment, and opening to the wisdom that naturally arises when you cultivate a compassionate curiosity toward the human experience.

Aimed at those new to mindfulness and those who wish to deepen their practice, each workshop is designed to sequentially build mindfulness skills and experience group meditation to help you cultivate inner harmony.
The format is participative and informal, led by Jane Doyle an experienced workshop leader and accredited teacher of Mindfulness.
Cost is £64 per person for the series
Venue is The Wishing Well Holistic Centre and Cafe Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B61 8QY (opposite Waitrose). Workshops are 7pm – 8.30pm. Parking on the Waitrose car park is free after 7pm.
